Monthly plans are collected by direct debit or standing order โ€” we'll send setup instructions once your application is approved. Annual plans are invoiced upfront by BACS bank transfer. There are no card payments or auto-renewals without your knowledge.
Yes โ€” you can upgrade at any time, effective from the next billing period. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current month. There's no penalty for changing tier.
We track every update and test against a staging environment where possible. If something goes wrong after an update, we roll it back and fix the underlying conflict โ€” at no extra cost to you. That's what the plan is for.
Yes โ€” WooCommerce sites are supported on all plans. Build and Partner include quarterly support hours you can use for WooCommerce queries, order flow testing, payment gateway issues, and small changes.
Indirectly, yes. Site speed, uptime, security, and Core Web Vitals are all ranking factors โ€” and they're all covered. A faster, more secure, always-online site is a better-ranking site.
Our hosting can be taken independently, but most clients pair it with a care plan. A well-maintained site on great hosting performs significantly better than either alone. Take a look at our hosting page for standalone options.

We'd need to resolve any existing issues before onboarding you onto a care plan. That work is charged at our standard development rate (ยฃ85/hr +VAT) or our emergency rate (ยฃ125/hr +VAT) if it's urgent. Once the site is stable and clean, we can move straight into onboarding. Apply anyway and we'll assess what's needed.
