Covered on every plan

What's included in every WordPress care package

Regardless of which tier you're on, these are the non-negotiables that keep your site safe and running.

Core & plugin updates
We keep WordPress, your theme, and every plugin current — tested before deployment, rolled back if anything breaks.
Proactive security monitoring
Continuous threat detection, firewall rules, and malware scanning run around the clock, not just when you think to check.
Daily off-site backups
Every site is backed up daily to encrypted off-site storage. If the worst happens, restoration is measured in minutes, not days.
24/7 uptime monitoring
We're alerted the moment your site goes down — usually before you or your customers even notice.
Monthly maintenance report
A monthly summary of updates applied, uptime stats, and site health — clear, plain-English, always on time.
Reactive WordPress fixes, covered
Locked out of your admin? White screen of death? Site down? Emails stopped? All covered — just contact us and we'll sort it.
Spam & bot protection
Comment and contact form spam filtered before it reaches you, with bad bots and malicious traffic blocked at the door.

30-day guarantee
Not happy? Full refund.

If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, we'll refund your first month's payment in full. No questions asked, no awkward conversations — just a straightforward refund.

Our promise
No long-term contracts

We ask for an initial 3-month period — long enough to get set up properly and see the value. After that, Build and Partner run month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. We keep clients because we do great work.

Our promise
Hacked? We fix it free

Every plan includes security monitoring and malware removal. If something slips through on our watch, we handle the clean-up at no extra charge.

Our promise
Always a WordPress specialist.

When something needs fixing, a WordPress developer handles it — not a first-line script reader passing it up the chain.

Add-ons

Need something extra?

These can be added to any plan, or picked up as one-off projects.

Extra development time beyond your plan allowance. Billed in 1-hour blocks — no minimum commitment.

Common questions

What you'll want to know.

Monthly plans are collected by direct debit or standing order — we'll send setup instructions once your application is approved. Annual plans are invoiced upfront by BACS bank transfer. There are no card payments or auto-renewals without your knowledge.
Yes — you can upgrade at any time, effective from the next billing period. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current month. There's no penalty for changing tier.
We track every update and test against a staging environment where possible. If something goes wrong after an update, we roll it back and fix the underlying conflict — at no extra cost to you. That's what the plan is for.
WooCommerce sites are supported on Build and Partner plans — not Maintain. If you're running a WooCommerce store, Build is the right starting point. It includes quarterly support hours for WooCommerce queries, order flow testing, payment gateway issues, and small changes.
Indirectly, yes. Site speed, uptime, security, and Core Web Vitals are all ranking factors — and they're all covered. A faster, more secure, always-online site is a better-ranking site.
We ask for an initial 3-month period — long enough to get properly set up and see the value. After that, Build and Partner run month to month, and Maintain continues on a quarterly billing cycle. All plans cancel with 30 days' notice. No exit fees, no awkward conversations.
We'd need to resolve any existing issues before onboarding you onto a care plan. That work is charged at our standard development rate, quoted per job, or our emergency rate (£125/hr +VAT) if it's urgent. Once the site is stable and clean, we can move straight into onboarding. Apply anyway and we'll assess what's needed.
A WordPress care plan is a rolling monthly service that keeps your site updated, secure, backed up, and monitored — so you don't have to think about it. It typically covers core and plugin updates, security scanning, off-site backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly health report. Our full guide covers exactly what a care plan includes and how to know if your site needs one.
In the UK, WordPress maintenance typically ranges from around £30 to £400+ per month depending on the level of service and what's included. Our Maintain plan starts at £49/mo +VAT, Build at £149/mo +VAT, and Partner at £379/mo +VAT. Read our full breakdown of what UK businesses typically pay for WordPress maintenance.
