White Label WordPress Maintenance

White Label WordPress Maintenance for Agencies

You sell the plan, we do the work, your clients get branded reports. Reliable WordPress maintenance for agencies. Support requests come through you, not direct to us.

✓ Branded reports direct to your clients ✓ UK-managed ✓ You set your own margin ✓ We stay invisible to your clients
Sound familiar?
Clients asking about maintenance you don't currently offer
Spending time on updates instead of billable work
No reliable process when a client site breaks
Maintenance is eating into project margins
You'd rather a specialist handled it — quietly

How it works

Simple to set up. Invisible to your clients.

The cleanest way to outsource WordPress support and maintenance — we handle everything in the background, you stay front of house.

01
You become a partner

Get in touch to discuss your client portfolio and the plans that suit them. We set you up with partner access and agree on how reporting and communication will work.

02
We onboard your clients' sites

We handle the technical side — access, backups, security hardening, and monitoring. Your clients see a seamless transition, or nothing at all if they're new.

03
We manage. You take the credit.

White-labelled reports go to your clients each month under your name. Any issues your clients raise go through you via support ticket — you're their point of contact, you raise it with us, we resolve it.

Why partner with us

A WordPress maintenance partner worth trusting with your clients.

Your reputation is on the line. Here's why agencies trust us for white label website maintenance.

UK-managed

The business is UK-based and your agency contact is always a UK team member. Same time zone, same working hours, GDPR-aware.

We stay invisible

Monthly reports go to your clients under your name — they see your brand, not ours. Support requests from your clients come through you via ticket. We're your back office, not your clients' contact.

You control the margin

Our partner pricing gives you room to charge what you like. Bill your clients at whatever rate works for your business.

WordPress specialists

Over 15 years of WordPress experience behind the team. Every site is handled by someone who knows the platform — not a generalist reading from a script.

WooCommerce covered

We look after WooCommerce sites day-to-day. If your clients run online shops, we have the experience to keep them running safely.

Flexible plan structure

Three tiers — Maintain, Build, and Partner — mean you can match the right level of service to each client without a one-size approach.

FAQ

Questions about the white label model.

White label WordPress maintenance means we carry out all the technical work — updates, backups, security, monitoring, and reporting — and send branded monthly reports directly to your clients under your name. Support requests come through you via ticket rather than direct to us, so you stay the point of contact for your clients.

We invoice you directly at partner rates. You bill your clients however you choose — monthly retainer, bundled into a package, or at a mark-up. We have no visibility of what you charge, and no direct contact with your end clients.

Yes, entirely. Our partner pricing is designed to give you a sensible margin. You set your own rates for clients based on what works for your business and the value you're delivering.

We monitor all sites 24/7 and respond to incidents as they occur. You'll be notified as the primary contact, and we'll work to restore the site immediately. On the Partner plan, one emergency callout per quarter is included. For Maintain and Build sites, emergency support is available at the standard rate.

Yes. WooCommerce maintenance is covered on Build and Partner plans. We have experience looking after live shops and understand the additional care needed around updates and payment integrations.

No minimum — you can start with a single client site and grow from there. Many partners start with one or two sites to test the setup before rolling it out across their portfolio. From 3 or more sites you qualify for volume pricing and a dedicated account manager.

Yes. WP Care Pros is the dedicated WordPress care branch of JMJ Digital, based in Norwich, Norfolk. We're managed from the UK, your agency contact is always a UK team member, and we operate during UK business hours. We're fully aware of UK data protection requirements including GDPR.

Plans run on a 3-month minimum commitment, then roll monthly. This applies to partner plans in the same way as standard plans — it gives us both enough time to onboard sites properly and for the relationship to settle.

Without the overhead.
