No — you can take hosting on its own. Starter is £20/mo +VAT and Pro is £50/mo +VAT standalone. Bundle with any care plan and you save — £5/mo on Starter, £10/mo on Pro. Most clients bundle because it means one team manages everything.
When you bundle hosting with a care plan, we move your site from your current host at no extra charge. We handle the file transfer, database migration, DNS cutover, and post-migration checks. Standalone hosting migrations are available from £349 +VAT.
Yes. Our hosting is configured to handle WooCommerce properly — fast page loads, cart sessions handled correctly, reliable email delivery. For stores with significant traffic we'll recommend the right setup when you apply.
For the vast majority of WordPress sites — brochure sites, WooCommerce, membership platforms — yes. Our hosting is configured for speed out of the box with server-level caching and isolated resources. If you have unusually high traffic, we'll tell you honestly and recommend the right setup.
Yes — if you're already on a WP Care Pros care plan, you can add hosting at any time and get the £10/mo discount straight away. We'll migrate your site across as part of the process.
No contracts, no lock-in. Give us notice and we'll hand over your server credentials, files, and everything your new host needs. The migration itself is down to them or whoever you're moving to.
