Think of it as the warranty on the work — we built it, so we stand behind it.
Need active work from launch, like content changes, new features or ongoing development? Put the included value towards Build or Partner instead, so Build is £100/mo +VAT for your first 3 months rather than £149.
After that, care and hosting continue together from £64/mo +VAT, or care alone from £49/mo if you host elsewhere. We set the direct debit up at handover so nothing interrupts, and it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. No exit fees.

No. Every site is designed from scratch based on your brief. We don't use theme marketplaces or pre-built starter templates.
It depends on the brief. For bespoke builds — custom layouts, complex integrations, or anything that needs tight developer control — we build with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom templating. For sites where you want to update content yourself day-to-day, we use Spectra, which is built on WordPress's native block editor. We'll recommend the right approach when we scope your project.
On-page SEO is included as standard — meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, schema markup, XML sitemap and Google Search Console setup. This gives your site a clean technical foundation from day one. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content marketing are outside the scope of a build.
Most sites take 4–8 weeks from brief to launch, depending on scope and how quickly content is provided. We'll give you a clear timeline in your quote.
Every build includes its first 3 months on our Maintain care plan — hosting, updates, daily backups, security monitoring and support, all handled from the day the site goes live. After that, care and hosting continue together from £64/mo +VAT (or care alone from £49/mo), on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice if you'd rather not continue.
The same as our standard Maintain plan — WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, security monitoring with free malware removal, 24/7 uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Hosting is covered during the included period too. Dev hours aren't included, but you can put the included value towards a Build or Partner plan if you need them.
Yes. If your site needs active work from launch, the included value comes off Build or Partner instead — so Build is £100/mo +VAT for your first 3 months rather than £149. Plenty of new sites start there while the early content changes are flowing, then settle onto Maintain.
You can — but you don't have to. If you have your own copy and images, we'll guide you on what's needed and build it all in. If you'd like support with copywriting or SEO planning, we can help with that too. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll include it in the scope.
Yes. If you're moving from an existing site or host, migration and domain setup is included in the build.
