Yes β€” if it's running on your WordPress site, we'll help. If the issue is a plugin bug, we'll liaise with the developer on your behalf.
Standard support covers Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm. Outside those hours, email us and we'll pick it up as soon as someone is available. For critical issues during business hours, our Emergency Support service means your request jumps the queue immediately.
