Site completely down, hacked or defaced, checkout broken, critical errors preventing the site from loading, or any issue causing direct business impact. If you're unsure, call β€” we'd rather you check.
During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm), we aim to acknowledge your request within 2 hours and confirm whether we can take the job. Out of hours, submit the form β€” we check it as soon as we can. If your site is down at 9pm on a Sunday, it'll be the first thing we look at Monday morning, or sooner if we catch it.
We stay on it until it's resolved, or until we've reached a stable state and have a clear next step for the morning. You'll never be left without an update.
On the Partner plan, one emergency callout per quarter is included β€” the first 2 hours are on us (Β£250 +VAT value). Any time beyond that is billed at Β£125/hr +VAT. Maintain and Build clients are welcome to use emergency support at the standard rate.
No β€” Emergency Support is a standalone service. You don't need to be on a care plan. That said, Partner plan holders get one callout per quarter included, so if you're having emergencies it's often worth the maths.
We charge Β£125/hr +VAT with a 2-hour minimum. When we accept a job, we send a payment link for Β£250 +VAT via Revolut β€” work begins once that's received. If the fix takes longer than 2 hours, we quote for the additional time before continuing. A VAT invoice is issued on completion.
