New pages, new features, new functionality. Already covered.
Need new pages, features or functionality? Build and Partner care plan members get dedicated development hours every quarter — design and development included.
What we can build for you.
Development hours cover the full range of WordPress work on your existing site. Here's what they're typically used for:
Additional pages built to match your existing design — or a fresh direction if needed.
New content areas, custom post types, or reusable templates your team can populate.
Shop setup, product configuration, checkout customisation, and plugin extensions.
Third-party services connected and configured properly — CRMs, booking systems, payment gateways.
Multi-step forms, conditional logic, calculators, and bespoke front-end features.
Speed improvements, database queries, and code-level fixes that a plugin can't solve.
WCAG fixes, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and contrast corrections.
If it requires development work on your existing site, it counts. Not sure? Ask us when you apply — we'll tell you straight.
We handle the design too.
Every development project includes whatever design work is needed to deliver it properly. You don't need a separate designer — we scope it, design it and build it as one piece of work.
The result looks right and works right.
This page is for ongoing development work on your existing WordPress site. If you need a brand new WordPress website built from scratch, that's a separate service.
See our new WordPress website service →How development hours work.
Development hours are built into your monthly plan — Build gets 4 hrs/quarter, Partner gets 12 hrs/quarter. No separate retainer, no extra invoice.
Hours cover both design and development. One allocation, one team — no need to budget separately for each.
Every project is scoped upfront so you know exactly what's covered by your hours. No surprises, no scope creep.
If a project needs more than your quarterly hours, we'll tell you the additional time and cost before starting. You decide whether to proceed.
Consistent, predictable development capacity every quarter. Unused hours don't roll over — they're there to be used.
Everything we build gets communicated directly — what was done, hours used, and what's planned next. No guessing required.
Which plan is right for you.

Straight answers.
No — Maintain covers maintenance, security, backups, hosting and support. Development hours are included in the Build and Partner plans only.
Anything that requires us to build, code or configure something on your site — new pages, features, plugin integration, WooCommerce customisation, forms, templates. Content updates and text changes are covered under support, not development hours.
Yes. Every development project includes the design work needed to deliver it. You don't need to brief a separate designer — we handle both, from the same quarterly hours allocation.
We'll scope the project first and let you know if it exceeds your quarterly hours. Any additional time is quoted and agreed before we start — no surprises on your invoice.
No — hours are allocated per quarter and don't roll over. They're designed to keep your site moving forward consistently, not to bank up and spend all at once.
The development hours included in Build and Partner are for plan members only. If you're not on a plan yet, one-off development work is available — get in touch to discuss your requirements.
