Apply. Onboard. Relax.
Three steps — and from that point on, your WordPress site is our problem, not yours.
Tell us about your site — what it does, what plan you're interested in, and what's causing you the most stress right now. We review every application before accepting new clients. This isn't gatekeeping — it means we only take on sites we can genuinely help, and we're always honest if something isn't right for us.
Once accepted, we run a full audit of your WordPress install, fix any immediate issues, and configure everything to our standards — security, backups, monitoring, performance. Most sites are fully onboarded within 48 hours, with zero downtime.
From that point on, your site runs under our care. Plugin updates are tested before deployment. Threats are caught before they cause damage. And every month you get a maintenance summary — updates applied, uptime, and site health. If we've done work on your site, we follow up by email with the detail.
What we do every month
Once onboarded, this is the care that runs in the background — keeping your site healthy without you having to think about it.
Nothing is set to auto-update. We check for plugin, theme, and WordPress core updates, test every change on staging, and only deploy once we're confident nothing will break.
Firewall and malware scanning runs around the clock in the background. If anything is flagged, we're alerted and deal with it straight away — you only hear from us if we need your input.
Small requests, questions, and tasks that come up during the month. We handle the admin — no tickets, no explaining your site to someone new every time.
A monthly summary of updates applied, uptime, and site health. No dashboards to log into — it lands in your inbox. Any specific work we've carried out gets followed up by email.
About the process
Most sites are fully onboarded within 48 hours. Complex setups, like large WooCommerce stores or sites with legacy customisations, might take a little longer. We'll give you a timeline when we review your application.
No. We do all onboarding work on a staging environment and only go live once everything is tested and verified. Your visitors won't be affected at all.
We take over from other providers all the time. We'll reach out to your current provider on your behalf if needed and manage the transition for you.
Very little. We'll need your hosting login details and WordPress admin access during onboarding. After that, we handle everything and only contact you when something genuinely needs your input.
30 days' notice and you're done. We'll hand over your credentials, documentation, and anything your new provider needs to get started — the move itself is theirs to handle.
